Standard Clean

Kitchen: Wipe counters, clean microwave, stovetop, backsplash, sink, and floors.
Bathrooms: Sanitize shower, tub, toilet, sink, counters, shine mirrors, and mop floors.
Living Areas & Bedrooms: Light furniture dusting, wipe shelves, vacuum rugs, empty trash, and make beds.
Floors: Sweep, vacuum, and mop all accessible floors throughout the home.

Everything in the Standard Clean, PLUS detailed attention to buildup.

Deep Clean

Baseboards, doors, door frames, blinds, ceiling fans, and cobweb removal.
Thorough furniture dusting, plus scrubbing of bathroom grout and tile.
Hand-wipe the OUTSIDE of all appliances, cabinets, and drawers.
Wipe down all interior window ledges, open shelving, and glass surfaces.
Thorough vacuuming of all rugs and carpets to remove embedded dust.
Dust blinds and ceiling fans (wet wipe blinds available as an add-on).

A total reset to get the home completely inspection-ready.

Move-out/in Clean

Includes all Deep Clean detailing.
Thoroughly clean the INSIDE and OUTSIDE of all cabinets and drawers in every single room.
Detailed cleaning of all glass surfaces and ledges.
Complete sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all empty rooms and closets.
Home must be 100% empty (no furniture or belongings remaining) for full move-out/in service.
Fridge and oven interior cleaning available as an add-on.
